The location here is fantastic and excellent, right by the river; the staff are superbly friendly and incredibly nice, and there are lots of goodies for breakfast.

Relatively quiet and best possible location in the very lively area and it was a bonus to be close to a train station. The staff members were efficient and excellent. Loved our rooms with breakfast.

Location is very central with the Metro around the corner. The staff was helpful at all times and always extremely friendly! I was amazed at how quiet the room was, even though it was right next to the elevator! The breakfast manageable, but everything essential. I'd go back to that hotel to explore the rest of Paris!

Friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Breakfast good. Room very small with sloping roof. Not suitable for tall people.

Room could be a little bigger.

The location of the Hotel is quite good regarding some sites we wanted to visit, mainly being the Louvre. The metro station is very close, probably 300meteres from the front door. The staff was quite helpful, and allowed us to heat our baby food in the microwave in the hotel kitchen. They also stored some of our baby food in the hotel's fridge for us. Further, they arranged a baby cot for us and also received a baby stroller that I had purchased in advance and had it delivered to our hotel before our arrival.

Well, our room was not ready for us when we arrived after a long journey. We arrived in the afternoon when it definitely should have been ready for us as we booked it in advance. The wifi key they gave us could only be used by one person, so when my wife tried to surf the internet on het laptop, I couldn't on mine and vise versa. The area right outside the Hotel seemed a bit dodgy, but in the end everyone was very friendly etc. When we mailed the hotel originally, they said that they didn't have an airport shuttle service, but when we got there they did have one - at extra cost. We would have preferred using theirs as it was cheaper than the one we used, and the driver of ours didn't know where the hotel was located. Our booking website was also not entirely clear on whether the breakfast was included in the price or not. It was not! We ended up not using their breakfast option.

Staff helpful and friendly. Location close to gare de l'est and Metro. The room was very clean

Too small, especially under the shower you could hardly move. No refrigerator or mini bar available. Insufficient ventilation in bathroom and WC

This place has an amazing location near a triumphal arch, a modern decor, quick check-in, and excellent service.

The bed was very comfortable. We slept very well. There was no noise from the street either. The staff was very helpful.

Room, bathroom and separate WC were very limited in size. A slightly wider passage would have been more convenient, especially between the lower edge of the bed and the wall.

Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Room was the right size and beautifully arranged.

Though just a first impression, the neighborhood is not great full of hair saloons, people in the street doing nothing at three o clock and close to a red zone. As the days pass you notice it's safe and get used to this working class zone.

This hotel is not far from the train station, easily walkable within ten minutes. The breakfast was 12 Euro per person, which, if you've stayed in Paris before you will know that this is a fair price for the area and that you can hardly do better if you were to purchase a coffee and pastry on the street. The breakfast is typical of many European hotels, meats and cheeses, pastries, juice and coffee. The nescafe machines in the room were really wonderful. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel rooms seem to be furnished with ikea furniture, which is fine, but it wasn't incredibly sturdy. As an example, there was a bamboo type curtain that was used as a partition between the bedroom and bathroom, and upon pulling it aside to enter the bathroom the first time, it fell down. The neighborhood in which the hotel is located seems a bit seedy. Additionally, the map the hotel has available on their website is difficult to understand and was difficult to follow.
